Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the coussinet.shop website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
Article 2 — Products
Our products are comfort and cooling accessories for pets. Photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may exist depending on screens.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Coussinet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.
Article 4 — Order and Payment
Payment is secure and processed by Stripe or PayPal. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
Article 5 — Delivery
See our shipping policy. Delivery times are given for informational purposes. Coussinet cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason. We extend this period to 30 days as a gesture of commercial goodwill.
Article 7 — Legal Guarantee
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.
Article 8 — Liability
Coussinet cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of the product.
Article 9 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
